Evaluation of the efficacy, tolerability, and acceptability of a dietary supplement in volunteers with acne-prone skin after 84 days of use. The effects on sebum levels were assessed after 84 days of use, and any adverse reactions were recorded after 42 and 84 days of daily intake. Acceptability was evaluated using a self-assessment questionnaire after 84 days of daily use. Usage testing was conducted under dermatological supervision.
STUDY PARAMETERS Frequency: 2 gummies per day. Duration: 84 days (3 months). Number of volunteers: 60 volunteers for the efficacy assessment and acceptability questionnaire, including 30 volunteers for the clinical outcomes. Volunteer type: healthy female and male. Age ≥ 18 to 40 years. Facial skin type: combination to oily with imperfections and untreated, Global Evaluation Acne (GEA) grades 2 or 3, normal Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 and 24.9.
