RULES OF THE LASHILÉ BEAUTY COMPETITION - "GOLDEN TICKET"

Article 1 - Organization of the Competition

The company organizing the game is Lashilé Beauty, whose head office is located at 148 Traverse de la Martine – BAT B2 – 13011 MARSEILLE.

Lashilé Beauty is organizing the operation called "Golden Ticket", accessible to all customers placing an order on the Lashilé Beauty website from May 14 to May 21, 2025.

Article 2 - Conditions of Participation

Participation in the competition is open to any adult natural person residing in mainland France (including Corsica).

Simply placing an order on the Lashilé Beauty website during the promotional period allows you to receive a scratch card included in each order.

Each participant can only participate once per order placed.

Article 3 - Terms of Participation

To participate, each participant must:

• Place an order on the Lashilé Beauty website during the competition period.
• Receive your scratch card in the delivered package.
• Scratch the ticket to discover the prize won.

Each ticket is 100% guaranteed. The prizes to be won are as follows:

• 1 year of treatment offered (sending of 3 bottles of gummies every 3 months, maximum value of €300)
• Hair Growth Boost Packs (value of €88.90)
• Duo Hair / Hair Women Packs (value of €44.90)
• Good Hair (value of €24.90)
• 20% off promo code valid on the entire website www.lashilebeauty.com (cannot be combined with other current promotions)

Article 4 - Allocation of Lots

The prize won is indicated directly on the scratch card. Winners must contact Lashilé Beauty at the email address indicated on the card to claim their prize, providing:

·       A photo of the ticket

• Order number

Lots will be sent within 30 working days after receipt of complete information.

Article 5 - Award of Prizes

Prizes will be sent by post or electronically, depending on the nature of the prize. Lashilé Beauty cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of prizes after they have been sent.

 

Article 6 - Use of Personal Data

The information collected is intended for Lashilé Beauty for the purposes of organizing the competition. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data. For any requests, a form is available on the Lashilé Beauty website.

Article 7 – General conditions

Lashilé Beauty reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, or cancel the competition in the event of force majeure. It cannot be held liable for any malfunction beyond its control (delivery delays, technical errors, etc.). No financial compensation may be claimed in exchange for prizes, which are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Article 8 - Disputes and Claims

These rules are subject to French law. Any complaints must be addressed in writing to Lashilé Beauty, 148 Traverse de la Martine – BAT B2 – 13011 MARSEILLE. In the event of persistent disagreement, and after an attempt to find an amicable solution, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts.

Article 9 - Acceptance of the Regulations

Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these rules by participants.
