RULES OF THE LASHILÉ BEAUTY X WE ARE HAIR COMPETITION
Article 1 - Organization of the Competition
Organising company: Lashilé Beauty, whose registered office is located at 148 TRAVERSE DE LA MARTINE – BAT B2 - 13011 MARSEILLE, is organizing a free competition with no purchase necessary, in partnership with We Are Hair, accessible on the website https://www.lashilebeauty.com from October 25, 2025 to October 31, 2025 inclusive.
Article 2 - Conditions of Participation
Participation in this competition is open to any individual of legal age residing in metropolitan France (including Corsica).
Article 3 - Participation Procedures
To participate, each participant must:
- Go to the page dedicated to the competition on the Lashilé Beauty website.
- Fill out the participation form by entering a valid email address.
- Agree to receive newsletters from the two partner brands: Lashilé Beauty and We Are Hair.
Any incomplete or incorrect registration will not be considered. Only one entry per person (same name, same email address) is allowed.
Article 4 - Selection of the Winner
A draw will be held on November 3, 2025, from among all valid entries registered during the competition period. The winner will be contacted by email within ten days of the draw.
Article 5 - Endowment
The winner will receive:
- 1 GLOW spray + 1 anti-frizz WAX Stick (set value €59.80)
- 3-month Good Hair treatment (value of the set €63.50)
The prizes are neither exchangeable, nor refundable, nor transferable.
Article 6 - Awarding of Prizes
The winner will be informed by email of the arrangements for collecting their prizes.
Lashilé Beauty and the participating brands cannot be held responsible in the event of non-delivery of prizes due to an error in the contact details provided by the participant.
Article 7 - Use of Personal Data
The information collected is intended for Lashilé Beauty and We Are Hair for the purposes of organizing the contest and sending their newsletters. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data, Participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal information at any time, as well as the right to object to the processing of this data. For any request, you can visit the Lashilé Beauty website directly at https://www.lashilebeauty.com/pages/politique-de-confidentialite-lashile-beauty and the websites of the participating brands.
Article 8 - Responsibility
Lashilé Beauty reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, or cancel this contest in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control. It cannot be held liable in such cases.
Article 9 - Disputes and Claims
These rules are governed by French law. Any disputes relating to the competition must be submitted in writing to Lashilé Beauty at 148 Traverse de la Martine – BAT B2 – 13011 Marseille, France. In the event of a persistent disagreement, and after attempting to reach an amicable solution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
Article 10 - Acceptance of the Regulations
Participation in this competition implies full and complete acceptance of these rules by the participants.
