UTILISATION

Ravintsara: under its Latin name Cinnamomum camphora, of Madagascar origin, extracted from its leaves, essential oil gives off a sweet camphorated scent. Natural antiviral and immunostimulant, ravintsara is the essential to help fight against the return of winter viruses and boost the immune system.

Directions for use :
- For the house: To clean the air in your home add 15 drops of essential oil of ravintsara in a diffuser and let it run for 10 to 20 minutes. This will also fight against the spread of winter viruses.
- Oral way: 1 drop of Ravintsara in a teaspoon of honey or olive oil or on a sugar, 4 times a day.
- In prevention: During the winter period, in the morning, apply 1 to 2 drops of ravintsara EO pure or diluted in a little vegetable oil on the inner hollow of the wrists, rub them together and then breathe deeply.
