Collection and finalities of the data processing

The User shall indicate his surname, first name and postal address. His request must be signed and accompanied by a valid ID bearing his signature. The User may specify the address to which the reply should be sent. Lashilé Beauty shall have one month from receipt of the User's request to respond. At the end of this period, the Customer may refer the matter to the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr) in case of difficulty. The information allowing to establish the traceability of the products, the proof of a right or a contract, or preserved under the respect of a legal obligation can be archived in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Withdrawal of consent to the use of the data collected:

The customer's email and telephone number are necessary for the processing and management of orders and for the business relationship between Lashilé Beauty and the customer. Subject to the User's consent, Lashilé Beauty uses this personal data for marketing communications.

The User has the option to unsubscribe from marketing communications from Lashilé Beauty at any time by clicking on the link provided in the emails and by sending STOP by SMS to the number indicated (free service).

In addition, the User can request the cessation of all marketing solicitations by sending an email to info@lashilebeauty.com. Data retention period: Lashilé Beauty endeavors to keep data only for as long as is necessary for the proper performance of its obligations, which in any event shall not exceed three years from the end of the relationship with the Customer or the prospect. At the end of this period, the data of the customer or prospect will be anonymized.
